Pasta with chicken in chanterelle sauce

  • 70 g Gi Pasta
  • 10 g oil
  • 80 g chicken breast meat
  • 30 g onion
  • 200 g chanterelle
  • 10 g butter
  • 100 g cream 12%
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Dice the chicken meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the onion into thin strips. Add onion and meat to the heated pan with oil. Fry on each side and then transfer to a plate.
  4. Clean the chanterelles Put it in the pan, fry and stir occasionally. Add salt Wait till water reduce and add butter.
  5. Simmer for a while and then add the meat with the onions.
  6. Add cream and stir. Add cream cheese, stir everything and simmer on a low heat.
  7. Add spices.
  8. Your sauce is ready, mix it with cooked pasta and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
