- 50 g bell pepper
- ½ hard-boiled egg
- 5 g dry-roasted almonds
Sauce:
- 50 g Greek yogurt
- 10 g vegan mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Blanch or steam the broccoli.
