Pasta bowl with chicken and veggies

  • 40 g uncooked Gi Pasta
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g chicken breast meat
  • 5 g oil
  • 30 g red onion
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • ½ hard-boiled egg
  • 5 g dry-roasted almonds
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 10 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Blanch or steam the broccoli.
  3. Cut the meat into cubes, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, and sauté in oil on a heated pan.
  4. Arrange all ingredients next to each other in a bowl.
  5. Add finely chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and half an egg.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Pour the sauce over it. Enjoy your meal!
