Penne with salmon, spinach and ricotta cheese

  • 120 g cooked Gi Pasta
  • 80g smoked salmon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 80g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper for taste

Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add chopped smoked salmon and spinach, simmer for 3 minutes. Next, add ricotta cheese into a pan. Add spices for taste. Mix cooked pasta with the sauce. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
