Pasta with cheese sauce and leek

  • 100g cooked Gi Pasta
  • 22g high protein cheese
  • 70g cream (12%)
  • 50g leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs almond flour
  • favourite herbs
  • salt and pepper

Pour olive oil into the pan, add sliced leek and chopped garlic. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes. Next, add the cream, grated cheese, and spices, mix well, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the almond flour and simmer for another 3 minutes. Mix the cheese sauce with cooked Gi Pasta This is a great option for people who don’t like or don’t eat meat but want to ensure a healthy portion of protein in their diet.
